How does the return process work?

You have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receipt, for sealed items only.

After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.

You will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the original (standard) shipping cost, once we have received and inspected the return.

The cost of returning the order from your home to Pikamon is for your own account.

The product must be returned with all accessories supplied and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. Sealed Pokémon products can only be returned if they are still sealed in the same condition as at shipment.

The refund will be processed as soon as possible after we have received and inspected the returned shipment.

Items excluded from cancellation and returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Single cards (loose cards)
  • Graded cards
  • Custom orders and custom-printed items
  • Grading submissions made on the customer’s behalf
  • Personalised items
  • Lottery and allocation-based pre-orders, where Pikamon enters an external allocation or lottery system on the customer’s behalf at the time of order (for example certain Japan-only Pokémon Center releases)
  • Mystery boxes and randomised products
  • Products where the seal has been broken

These items are obtained or produced specifically for the consumer at the time the order is placed and are treated as personalised goods. They are exempt from cancellation and the right of withdrawal once the order has been confirmed.
