How exactly does the return process work?

You have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receipt and only for sealed items. All singles and graded cards are excluded from returns.

After cancellation, you have another 5 business days to send your product back. You will then receive a credit for the full order amount excluding the original shipping costs (when you return all the products you have ordered and received). The costs for return from your home to the webshop (Pikamon) are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the business with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Sealed Pokémon products can only be returned if they are sealed in the same condition as at shipment.

Refund will be made as soon as possible after receipt of the returned shipment and only after inspection has taken place.
