Yes. Every product is factory sealed and sourced from authorised distributors — we never open or reseal anything. Boxes arrive with the original manufacturer shrink wrap and seal intact.

We stock multiple print languages — typically English (EU print), Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. The exact language is always listed on the product page. If you'd like us to confirm before ordering, just message us.

Orders typically ship within 5 business days. During peak release periods please allow up to 7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
