Delivery is handled by DHL, FedEx, UPS or GLS, whichever gives your parcel the best route. Delivery within the Netherlands or Germany typically takes 1 to 2 working days after shipping. Delivery times to other destinations vary by country. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Free shipping

Every EU order over €500 ships free. This applies to all EU destinations, including Germany, the Netherlands and Finland. It does not apply outside the EU.

Customs and import duties

Orders to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and all destinations outside Europe leave the EU customs area. Any import duties, taxes or clearance fees charged on arrival are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate above.
